Development Criteria and Submissions Protocol:
The FrameWorks Group is a real estate investment and development company based in New York City.
The FrameWorks Group is seeking development deals with the following characteristics:

Location and Size:
We seek development opportunities within two hours driving distance of New York City.

Asset Size:
We typically seek development opportunities for communities of 15 units or more.

Deal Structure and Size:

To complete a preliminary investment analysis for any development submission, the FrameWorks Group requires the following information:

• Full property description
• Market information (including sales and rental comps)
• Location map
• Architectural renderings, including project site plan, unit floor plans, building plans, and preliminary elevations
• Location map(s) showing surrounding street network and how the site relates to the area
• Aerial photographs of the surrounding area.
• Color photographs of the site and surroundings
• Pro forma
