Development Criteria and Submissions Protocol:
The FrameWorks Group is a real estate investment and development company based in New York City.
The FrameWorks Group is seeking development deals with the following characteristics:

Location and Size:
We seek development opportunities within two hours driving distance of New York City.

Asset Size:
We typically seek development opportunities for communities of 15 units or more.

Deal Structure and Size:

To complete a preliminary investment analysis for any development submission, the FrameWorks Group requires the following information:

Full property description
Market information (including sales and rental comps)
Location map
Architectural renderings, including project site plan, unit floor plans, building plans, and preliminary elevations
Location map(s) showing surrounding street network and how the site relates to the area
Aerial photographs of the surrounding area.
Color photographs of the site and surroundings
Pro forma
