If you experience a problem
with your home, first check the "Solutions to Common Problems"
in your FrameWorks Group Homeowner's Manual. If this does not address
the problem, and the situation is covered in your warranty, simply
complete the service request form in the manual and send it to the
FrameWorks Group. We promise to respond promptly. After receiving
the complaint, we'll take appropriate action, as outlined in the
warranty, including repair or replacement, if applicable.
Items covered under manufacturer
or supplier warranty are not specifically covered by the FrameWorks
Group. However, for the first year, we'll assist you in obtaining
service if you are unable to do so directly with the supplier or
manufacturer.
